The time displayed on our devices is a device time set manually by us. This time is not necessarily identical to the radio or satellite time displayed on your watch. These times may vary by a few minutes.

Our devices (entrance / automatic pay stations) are synchronised, i.e. the registered time at the entrance is the basis or start of the billing period at the automatic pay station.

We will also be happy to issue you with a receipt by e-mail at a later date. To do this, please send an e-mail to customerservice@apcoa.de and tell us

• the city and the name of the car park,
• the date and time you parked,
• the amount paid for your ticket

Please place the banknotes on the far left of the stop. If the notes are still not accepted, please contact our car park control centre using the call button . Our staff will be happy to help you at any time.

Refund ticket:
Please send us the original receipt (electronic delivery or copy is not sufficient) by post to APCOA PARKING Deutschland GmbH, Postfach 23 04 63, 70624 Stuttgart, stating the car park and your bank details. We will transfer the refund amount plus shipping costs to your account within approx. 14 days.

Value ticket:
You can use this ticket to pay your parking fee at the pay machine.

Please insert your car park ticket into the machine first and then the prepaid ticket you have received (in the same slot). Your car park ticket will be reduced by the corresponding amount, after paying the displayed amount you will receive your car park ticket for exit as usual. The prepaid ticket remains in the machine. As it is not possible to refund prepaid tickets, please do not send us any prepaid tickets.

Exit ticket:
With this ticket you can drive directly to the exit and leave the car park without having to visit a pay machine first.

The waiting time between payment at the pay machine and exit at the barrier is adapted to the size of the car park. Sufficient time has been allowed for the journey from the pay machine to your vehicle and then to the exit.

If the waiting time has nevertheless been exceeded, a corresponding message "Additional payment required" will be displayed at the exit terminal .
In this case, please look for the nearest pay station. If you do not know where this is located, the staff at the car park control centre will be happy to help you. Simply press the call button at the exit.

The parking control centre is manned around the clock and can be reached via the call button in the car park. This is located at the entrances and exits as well as at the pay machines.

Prepayment (when booking)
If you pay in advance, the fee for the booked parking period and any service charge will be debited directly from your credit card or bank account at the time of booking. If you park for longer than booked, an additional payment will be charged for the additional parking time. The parking tariffs published on site apply.

Payment on exit
With the booking type ″Reservation and payment on exit″, the parking fee to be paid is calculated on the basis of the publicly displayed parking tariffs applicable at the time of entry and the actual time spent in the car park. The service charge is collected at the time of booking. You will receive a receipt on request when you pay at the pay machine.

We are currently undergoing a technical changeover of our app. We therefore ask customers with a FLOW account who have booked a parking space in one of our car parks (Stuttgart Airport, Berlin-Brandenburg Airport, Baden Airpark Airport and the Elbphilharmonie) to deactivate the booked car park in the FLOW app before entering.

To do this, open the APCOA FLOW app and carry out the following steps:

• Select the "Deactivate FLOW" entry in the side menu.
• Enter the city in the search field ("Schönefeld" for parking at BER, "Stuttgart", "Hamburg", "Baden") and select the car park you have booked.
• Deactivate the car park using the slider and then tap on "Save"

The camera will now ignore your licence plate number when you enter the car park and you can enter using the QR code of your parking space booking.

If you are still using an APCOA FLOW chip, please make sure to keep it covered when entering the car park so that it is not detected (we recommend storing it in a metal box or wrapped in some aluminium foil).

If you intend to cancel your contract, you can do so at www.mein-apcoa.de using the access data you received when you signed the contract.
