The time displayed on our devices is a device time set manually by us. This time is not necessarily identical to the radio or satellite time displayed on your watch. These times may vary by a few minutes.

Our devices (entrance / automatic pay stations) are synchronised, i.e. the registered time at the entrance is the basis or start of the billing period at the automatic pay station.

We will also be happy to issue you with a receipt by e-mail at a later date. Please send an e-mail tocustomerservice@apcoa.deand please tell us

The waiting time between payment at the pay machine and exit at the barrier is adapted to the size of the car park. Sufficient time has been allowed for the journey from the pay machine to your vehicle and then to the exit.

If the waiting time has nevertheless been exceeded, a corresponding message "Additional payment required" will be displayed at the exit terminal.
In this case, please look for the nearest pay station. If you do not know where this is located, the staff at the car park control centre will be happy to help you. Simply press the call button at the exit.

You can conclude a contract online at any time via our homepage(https://www.apcoa.de/parkprodukte/dauerparken/). Alternatively, you can also contact us at service@apcoa.de.

If you intend to cancel your contract, you can do so at www.mein-apcoa.de using the access data you received when you concluded the contract.

Season tickets can be booked online at any time via our homepage(www.apcoa.de).

Flatrate parking starter

The booking of a long-term parking contract is only possible online via our website Dauerparken. Enquiries that cannot be booked online, e.g. because the quota has been exhausted, can be sent directly by email to dauerparken@apcoa.de.

The rental of a permanent parking space is only possible on the first of the month. The advance booking period is at least 14 days.

The minimum contract term for "CLASSIC long-term parking" is 3 months and is available for existing and new customers. The minimum contract term for the "entry-level subscription" is 6 months. In the first 6 months, half of the regular gross long-term rental price per parking space is charged; from the 7th month onwards, the regular gross long-term rental price per parking space is charged. This subscription is aimed exclusively at new customers or customers who have not been a customer in the same car park for at least one year. We reserve the right to cancel contracts that do not comply with our terms and conditions.

Entry and exit is convenient via licence plate recognition. In a few car parks, an access medium is also provided.

The regular long-term car park rental contract does not include a permanently allocated parking space. If you have any questions about a reserved parking space or would like to apply for a permanent parking space, please contact our customer service team. Access to your car park/underground car park is possible from the start of the contract period and in most cases is by licence plate recognition. In a few car parks, an access medium is also provided.

The contract is concluded for an indefinite period. The minimum contract term is 3 months for "CLASSIC long-term parking" and 6 months for the "entry-level subscription". The cancellation period is one month to the end of the month.

A long-term car park rental contract offers the following advantages:

The season ticket offers a flexible parking solution for regular users who want to park for a certain period of time. It allows unlimited entry and exit without long-term obligations.

It is available for periods from 1 week to a maximum of 3 months. The validity is fixed in advance and cannot be extended.

The season ticket can be conveniently booked online on the APCOA website for a specific car park. After booking, you will receive all the relevant information.

No, the season ticket is only valid for the car park for which it was booked. Use in other car parks is not possible.

After booking, you will receive access information and, depending on the location, an access code or card. This allows you to enter the car park without any problems during the validity period.

In most APCOA multi-storey car parks, entry and exit are conveniently controlled by number plate recognition. Your vehicle is automatically recognised and the barrier opens.

With the pre-paid tariff, you can use your minute quota flexibly within the current month. Unused minutes expire at the end of the month and the full quota is automatically available to you again in the new month.

Yes, the pre-paid tariff can be cancelled monthly.

If you realise that your chosen hourly package does not best suit your needs, you can choose a different package for the next month.

As soon as your hourly quota is used up, you can either book a new package or pay the regular parking fees for additional parking times.

Park+Ride tariffs

Book in advance online or via the APCOA FLOW app, park at the desired location and transfer directly to the bus or train. So you can start your day stress-free - whether for a day, a week or a whole month.

Use is only permitted to persons with the appropriate authorisation, such as

Holders of a valid railway ticket for the relevant period
Employees of the railway or Boulevard shops
Participants in training courses or events on site

Proof of authorisation can be requested at any time. Without valid authorisation, the booking may be deemed invalid.

Please book the Park+Ride tariff before entering the car park. Unfortunately, it is not possible to book or change the tariff at a later date.

The Park+Ride tariff is ideal for commuters, travellers and day visitors who want to park conveniently on public transport and travel on to the city or their destination without stress or searching for a parking space.

No, only one Park+Ride tariff can be active per APCOA FLOW account at the same time. Only one licence plate can start a parking process from the list of stored licence plates.

FAQ APCOA FLOW & APCOA FLOW App

With APCOA FLOW, you can park in over 200 car parks across Germany without a ticket - thanks to automatic number plate recognition, the barrier opens automatically and billing takes place digitally via your stored payment method. All you need is a smartphone with iOS or Android, an internet connection and a valid payment method such as credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Registration takes place directly in the free APCOA FLOW app.

In the APCOA FLOW app, you can create private and business profiles and set one of them as the default profile - so parking transactions are automatically assigned to the correct email address and payment method. To add a new profile or change the default profile, open the "Your profiles" menu in the app, select the desired profile and tap "Activate default profile". If you want to change the profile during an ongoing parking process, go to "My parking processes", select the current process under "Ongoing" and change the assigned profile there. Subsequent changes after the end of the parking process are not possible.

If you recommend APCOA FLOW, you will automatically receive a €10 discount after the first parking session of the person you recommend. You will find the code in the app under "My vouchers" and can apply it to a parking transaction of your choice. Discount codes can be added during an ongoing parking process via "My parking processes" - the amount is automatically deducted after you have left the car park. Booking a parking flat is very easy - in just three steps:

The Pre-Paid Park-Flat offers you full flexibility: you can purchase a fixed number of minutes and use them freely within the current month. Please note that unused minutes are reset at the end of the month so that we can offer you full flexibility again next month. Our other parking flats, e.g. for evenings or weekends, have defined usage periods without resetting.

If you are a long-term parking customer and would like to use APCOA FLOW outside your long-term parking garage, you can do so as described:

Step 1: Download the free APCOA FLOW app from the relevant store
Step 2: Enter your licence plate number during registration
Step 3: Enter your payment method
Step 4: Deactivate the long-term car park in the FLOW app (FLOW main menu -> "Deactivate FLOW")

APCOA FLOW parking processes outside your long-term parking garage are billed using the payment method entered during registration, regardless of your long-term rental invoice.

With APCOA FLOW, your licence plate is automatically recognised by infrared cameras when you enter and exit the car park - without the need for a ticket or pressing a button. The technology enables contactless parking and replaces the previous FLOW chip. All car parks with a green FLOW pin are equipped accordingly. Recognition works with over 99.5 % accuracy.

You will be asked to enter a licence plate number when you register. In the app under "Vehicle", you can add, activate or deactivate up to 10 licence plates. Only one licence plate number can be used at a time for an active parking process.

If recognition fails - e.g. due to dirt or snow - you can scan a QR code in the app at many locations to open the barrier manually. Your licence plate number is processed in compliance with the GDPR. Only the licence plate number is recorded, and only for as long as is necessary for the parking process. You can find more information at apcoa.de/fl-datenschutz.

APCOA FLOW is free to use - you only pay the regular parking fees, with no hidden costs. Billing takes place automatically via your stored credit card, PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay on entry and exit. You can store several payment methods in your profile and assign a separate payment method to each profile (e.g. private or business). Only the payment method assigned to the active profile will be charged. Special offers or discounts from third-party providers cannot currently be combined. We are currently undergoing a technical changeover of our app. We therefore ask customers with a FLOW account who have booked a parking space in one of our car parks (Stuttgart Airport, Berlin-Brandenburg Airport and the Elbphilharmonie) to deactivate the booked car park in the FLOW app before entering.

To do this, open the APCOA FLOW app and carry out the following steps:

Select the "Deactivate FLOW" entry in the side menu.
Enter the city in the search field ("Schönefeld" for parking at BER, "Stuttgart", "Hamburg") and select the car park you have booked.
Deactivate the car park using the slider and then tap on "Save".

The camera will now ignore your licence plate number when you enter the car park and you can enter using the QR code of your parking space booking
